Personal Lines Insurance Advisor - Downtown, Prince George

Location: 901 Victoria Street, Prince George, BC

Job Summary: Provide new quotes on all personal lines types of business, renewals, and exceptional customer service, covering ICBC Autoplan and other lines as required.

• Provide new quotes on all Personal Lines types of business
• Provide renewal terms and optional coverage
• Provide excellent customer service to our clients
• Cover ICBC Autoplan and other lines as required
• Offer additional products to provide complete customer portfolios
• Maintain detailed notes on our computer system at all times (paperless environment)
• Update evaluators when necessary
• Keep abeyances updated and current
• Accounts receivable management

• Level 2 Insurance License or willingness to attain Level 2
• One-year insurance office experience
• Strong communication skills with underwriters, customers, and team members
• Strong organizational, time management and interpersonal skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Flexibility in job duties and/or hours as necessary
• Knowledge of company portal an asset
• Computer skills including Word and Excel
