• Triage issues with direction from employer support teams
• Execute plans of action communicated by employer Domain Engineers
• Document results, logs, and service reports to employer via case email
• Reseat, swap, or replace parts and upgrade firmware as needed
• Conduct server testing and validation, including running diagnostics and capturing logs

• 5+ years of professional experience, plus either an Associate's Degree in a technical discipline or an equivalent combination of experience and education
• Experience delivering technical field services supporting hardware and software at client sites
• Experience in a customer‑facing role, effectively communicating with all levels of the organization
• Experience in environments with concentrated deployments of assets and familiarity with networking and fiber
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs waist high to replace components on server stacks

• Dell EMC Proven Professional Specialist Level certification (1 or more: CPSD and Server)
• Industry certifications such as CompTIA Tech+, A+, Security+, Network+, and networking certifications like CCNA or equivalent
