Are you a registered Dietitian with a passion for helping others? Join our Primary Care department to bring your skills to a dynamic environment. In this role, you will work collaboratively with interprofessional teams to develop care plans and deliver health services through the Primary Care Home model, practicing in accordance with the College of Health and Care Professionals of British Columbia.
The Dietitian provides safe, ethical, and competent care in various settings, including physician practices, homes, and communities. Responsibilities include clinical assessment, treatment planning, intervention, and follow-up, contributing to the overall care plan aligned with the person's goals.
Shift Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00
