The Executive Lead, Elder Service Network provides leadership to regional planning processes focused on strategic and program planning, consultation and advice on program/service redesign including implications for health services integration, human resources, information management, and resource allocation planning; and quality improvement through the use of data, information, evidence informed practice guidelines, standards, policy, and research to inform program development initiatives and the use of learning sessions to implement change.

The Executive Lead acts as NH's representative in provincial strategic planning processes and in developing partnerships with the Ministry of Health, other organizations, and associations involved in the development of program services in B.C. The Executive Lead collaborates with the Program Medical Lead, other physicians and professional staff to provide input into the alignment of program services and Northern Health services and the change management necessary in order to improve the quality of health services.

Starting salary will be approximately from $128,298 to $160,372 and will be based on education, training, experience, and salaries of similar positions.
