Provides confidential clerical services to Administration.

• Completion of Grade 12 (Dogwood Certificate)
• Completion of an Applied Business Technology program or Administrative Assistant Certificate
• Valid BC Class 5 Driver’s License
• Minimum of 3 years of recent, relevant office experience (school setting preferred)
• WHMIS 2015 Certificate and familiarity with WorkSafeBC safety procedures

• Complete/update your Make A Future portfolio. Be sure to include the contact information for at least 2 professional references (current/former supervisors)
• Upload a copy of your most recent Cover Letter and Resume, showcasing your relevant education and experience.
• Upload a copy of the applicable certificates/documents as indicated in the Qualifications section of this posting
• You can obtain a copy of your driver’s abstract (Personal Driving Record) online.
• If you do not have a WHMIS 2015 certificate from the last 12 months, you can complete the course online.
