Employment Type: Term, Full Time (35 hours per week, up to 6 months)

Responsibilities- Use computer word processing, spreadsheet, and database software to prepare reports, memos and documents
- Code and file financial material according to established records management procedures
- Open and distribute incoming regular and electronic mail and other material and coordinate the flow of information internally and with other departments and organizations
- Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings

The Opportunity: The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and clerical services in order to ensure effective and efficient operations.
What You Will Bring ToThe Role
- Minimum Grade 12
- Possession of a Certificate in Business Administration preferred
- Minimum 2 years office experience with acceptable work references

Wage Range: The target hiring range for this position is $25.136 to $30.924 per hour. Placement within the wage range is dependent on knowledge, skills, abilities, related experience, and market conditions.
Please note that this is a term position up to six (6) months and is not eligible for employee benefits.
