Lake Country Co-op invites applications for the position of Full-Time Bakery Clerk at our Food Store location in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan.

Reporting to the Bakery Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following:

• Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operatives vision, mission, and safety principles to make a difference in members' lives, with a strong customer-focused approach.
• Provide legendary service at all touch points through various communication channels.
• Prepare products to Lake Country Co-op standards, package and label finished products, and maintain production records.
• Keep a clean and well-maintained department.
• Maintain and display all types of bakery products according to department standards.
• Monitor code dates to always ensure the freshest inventory on the shelf; follow First in, first out (FIFO).
• Take cake orders and cake writing as required.
• Support and follow Asset Protection and Safety Management systems, policies, and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• You are well organized and capable of attaining a high level of production, with a minimum amount of supervision.
• You are familiar with Food Safe procedures and practices.
• You have the ability to fulfill physical job requirements, heavy lifting, repetitive movements, standing entire shift.
• You have a flexible work schedule; weekend and evening work is required.
