We’re building a pool of IT Support Specialists (L1–L2) for our Toronto-based team. This internal position supports our next‑generation AI products.

• Provide L1–L2 technical support via phone, email, or ticketing systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues.
• Document incidents and resolutions clearly in the ticketing system.
• Escalate complex issues to higher‑level support teams when needed.
• Assist with onboarding new users, account setups, and access permissions.

• 1–4+ years in IT Support / Help Desk / Service Desk.
• Knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, basic networking, and common business applications.
• Experience with ticketing tools such as Jira Service Desk, Service Now, Zendesk, or Fresh service.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Based in Canada and able to work in a remote/hybrid environment.
