Under the direction of the Manager of Rehabilitation and Residential Services, Mental Health Services of Prince Albert, the Senior Assessor Coordinator is accountable for providing an appropriate range of community residential options for mental health clients. Using a holistic and client/family centered approach, the incumbent facilitates assessments, referrals, and placements of clients with long-term mental illness and implements mental health home care services for discharged patients.

Preference for this position will be given to HSAS members in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement.

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or equivalent (e.g., Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing, Nursing diploma, Psychiatric Nursing diploma, Bachelor of Social Work)
• Valid Class 5 driver's license
• Registered/eligible for registration with the appropriate licensing body

• Basic Case management skills
