The bigger picture

We’re looking for a Small Business Advisor, Agriculture in Prince Albert. We are looking for a team player who thrives on developing relationships and providing creative solutions. You will be providing needs based holistic financial advice (e.g.: credit and wealth solutions; cash management services to support banking and deposit management) to our agriculture small business members.

How you’ll be spending your time

Providing holistic financial advice to our agriculture small business members

Keeping up-to-date on industry trends to have proactive advice-based conversations fueled by a passion to improve the financial well-being of our business members

Marketing yourself to build your book of business in the local community

Making sure there's a healthy balance between opportunity and risk and between growth and profitability for Conexus

An ace at details, who's highly accountable and delivers on expectations

The experience you bring

3+ years of previous credit and advisory experience in a financial institution

Proven relationship management skills

Experience in business or agricultural lending

Post-secondary education related to agriculture or business is an asset

Experience int he agriculture industry or running a small business is an asset

Salary Range

$74,510 - $93,140 with 13% Short Term Incentive Target
