Mechanical Project Manager

The successful candidate will oversee all phases of project execution, from proposal to delivery, ensuring compliance with scope, budget, schedule, and quality objectives.

• Develop and manage the Project Execution Plan (PEP), including scope, schedule, and cost.
• Lead coordination of engineering, procurement, and construction activities.
• Oversee client communications and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
• Assign project team roles and responsibilities at each stage.
• Control deliverables, man-hours, and design changes.
• Prepare and review project proposals and technical submissions.
• Ensure full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Drive excellence in safety, quality, and performance across all disciplines.

• Member (or eligible for membership) of a provincial professional order, depending on the region of practice.
• Minimum 15 years of project management experience in oil and gas.
• Strong mechanical engineering background with hands-on field experience.
• Proven leadership and ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Bilingualism (French/English) considered an asset.
