A recently incorporated company (2024), Bourgault Machines INC. has built a team of creative designers to develop an extensive line of innovative products for skid loaders, tractors, wheel loaders, telehandlers, and other motorized equipment. It is also currently in the process of building a new 32,000 square foot state of the art factory and office complex in St. Brieux, Saskatchewan which is expected to be completed by July 1, 2026.

Bourgault Machines INC. is looking to hire a Mechanical Engineer to prepare Operator and Safety Manuals for its product lines. A candidate must be familiar with 3D solid modelling (preferably Solid Works) as it will provide the basis for many of the images that are incorporated into Operator and Safety Manuals. A candidate must also be capable of writing plainly and clearly to be able to effectively communicate the safety and operational information to users.

Operator manuals will include technical specifications, and the operational procedures will identify best practices for customers. This would be an entry level position.

Salary range – $55,000 to $90,000 per year.
