We are looking for a Marketing Pricing Manager to join our team in Lausanne Malley. If you thrive on simplifying complexity, dare to think originally, and consistently deliver outstanding customer service, this could be the role for you. In this role, you will play a key part in maximising value at Salt by developing and optimising device pricing in a fast-paced, competitive market.

You’ll balance customer value with business growth, collaborate across teams, and drive innovative pricing strategies that directly impact subscriber acquisition and retention.

Marketing Pricing Manager

Your Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of device pricing for both B2C and B2B service subscriptions.
  • Manage and optimise subscriber acquisition and retention costs.
  • Lead and implement indirect channel device strategy and action plans.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarks and deliver ad-hoc analyses.
  • Translate insights into actionable recommendations and pricing guidelines.
  • Design and drive dynamic pricing mechanisms beyond devices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across and beyond Marketing.
  • Steer cross-functional projects and initiative in the marketing department.
Your Profile
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Finance.
  • 3+ years’ commercial experience, preferably in telecommunications.
  • Business acumen with understanding of commercial drivers and their impact on financials
  • Excellent analytical and modelling skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong autonomy.
  • Hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and curious about all aspects of the business (marketing, customer experience, product, sales processes).
  • Strong prioritisation, organisational, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint in particular)
  • Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Mistral, Other).
  • Comfortable working autonomously and collaborating with diverse teams.
  • Fluency in English;
    German and/or French are a plus.
