Certified Nursing Assistant; CNA - Swing Shift

* Skilled nursing facilities provide care for geriatric patients who require 24/7 care

This is a full time position, and we are hiring for the Swing Shift - which is 2 PM to 10 PM. The shift hours depend upon your availability and the needs of the facility.

• Hourly range of $16-21

• CNAs can participate in our Nursing Tuition Reimbursement and get $500/month applied towards a nursing program.

• On the job training will be provided to all CNAs. The training period is tailored to each individual, depending on comfort level and experience

• Current CNA certification or willingness to become certified within 120 days of employment
• Effective communication with coworkers and residents
• Willingness to learn local, state, and federal laws/regulations in regards to long-term care

• Answer residents' call lights to determine needs
• Turn and reposition residents while they are in bed
• Provide physical support to assist residents in performing daily living activities such as getting in/out of bed, bathing, eating, dressing, using the bathroom, standing, walking, or exercising
• Review dietary restrictions, food allergies, and preferences to ensure residents receive appropriate diet
• Record food and liquid intake and output as necessary
• Reporting changes in resident condition to nursing staff and develop relationships with residents to ensure their stay is comfortable
