Parkdale Health & Rehab in beautiful Price, Utah is actively seeking a dedicated, high‑performing Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing team.

As our Director of Nursing, you will play a central role in creating a positive, clinically strong environment for residents and staff.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing programs, policies, procedures, and departmental goals
- Maintain up‑to‑date written nursing manuals, philosophies, and objectives
- Coordinate nursing services with other facility departments to ensure integrated resident care
- Lead corrective action plans when deficiencies are identified
- Complete required clinical forms, assessments, reports, and charting accurately and timely
- Develop, implement, and oversee the facility’s Quality Assurance & Performance Improvement (QAPI) program
- Support planning and execution of resident admission and discharge processes
- Build and maintain an effective nursing services organizational structure
- Participate in state and federal regulatory surveys, inspections, and follow‑up actions
- Prepare and submit operational and quality reports to the Administrator
- Promote a culture of professionalism, teamwork, accountability, and compassionate care

- Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing with the State of Utah
- Minimum 1 year of successful nursing leadership experience in a SNF or geriatric healthcare setting
- Associate degree required;
Bachelor’s degree preferred - Strong communication skills – able to read, write, speak, and understand English clearly
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and support a nursing team
- A genuine love and concern for the geriatric population
