Respiratory Therapist

• Utah Respiratory Care Practitioner license upon hire
• National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) credential:
  Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) upon hire
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of hire
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Provider (NRP) certifications within six months of hire
