Logistics Support Administrator

40 hours per week.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented individual to join our team as a Logistics Support Administrator.

As a Logistics Support Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the day‑to‑day logistics operations of our company. This includes coordinating the transportation of goods, managing inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery of products to our clients.

• Coordinate and manage the transportation of goods to and from our clients, ensuring timely and efficient delivery
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to meet client demands and minimize excess stock
• Communicate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any issues that may arise
• Prepare and process shipping and receiving documentation, including bills of lading and customs documents
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and accurate order fulfillment
• Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities, including inventory levels, shipments, and delivery schedules
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to improve logistics operations and stay competitive
• Provide support to the sales team by preparing shipping quotes and assisting with order fulfillment as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in logistics or supply chain management is a plus
• 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and customs procedures is preferred
• Must be able to lift and move heavy objects, up to 50 pounds
