Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in vehicle sales (used vehicle experience highly advantageous)
- Proven ability to work in a high-volume, target-driven environment
- Strong negotiation, closing, and customer engagement skills
- Ability to source and convert leads independently
- Professional, well-presented, and customer-focused
- Valid driver’s license
- Clear criminal and credit record
- Selling pre-owned vehicles in a high-volume environment
- Managing the full sales cycle from enquiry to delivery
- Handling walk-in customers, leads, and follow-ups
- Conducting vehicle presentations and test drives
- Ensuring excellent customer service and CSI standards
- Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets
