Job Description

You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle of pre-owned vehicles — from prospecting and client engagement to finalizing the sale. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in vehicle sales, a passion for delivering excellent customer service, and the ability to thrive in a competitive, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell quality pre-owned vehicles to prospective customers

• Manage the full sales process – from lead generation to deal closure

• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features confidently

• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships

• Follow up on leads and ensure exceptional post-sale service

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of promotions, products, and pricing

• Ensure all finance and delivery paperwork is accurately completed

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall dealership goals
