Beyond Marketing is expanding our technology and IT solutions division and we are looking for a driven Sales Manager to take our commercial stack to market, manage client acquisition, and build a high‑performing sales team.

This is not a “sit and wait for leads” role. It’s for a builder who wants to open doors, close deals, and grow with a company that can deliver end‑to‑end solutions.

• Networking & infrastructure

• Develop & execute sales strategy
• Prospect, pitch & close business clients
• Build and manage a small sales team
• Create proposals & client presentations
• Work with technical teams for deployments
• Provide weekly reporting to management

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field
• Strong communicator and confident presenter
• Understands solution‑based selling
• Pipeline and CRM discipline
• Trustworthy, reliable and growth‑orientated
• Own transport + driver’s license preferred

• Basic Salary: R25,000 – R35,000 (Negotiable)
• Commission: Attractive on personal sales + overrides on team sales
