E-Commerce Manager

E-Commerce Manager Permanent Gauteng, Silverlakes Reporting to Regional Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to oversee our online sales and presence.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing our e-commerce strategy, managing the online store, analyzing sales data, and identifying trends.
They will collaborate with various teams to ensure a seamless online shopping experience for customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement e-commerce strategies
• Manage the online store and product listings
• Analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement
• Work cross-functionally to enhance the online shopping experience

Skills, Qualifications and General Requirements:
- Minimum Grade 12 qualification;
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in managing a E–Commerce store;
- Minimum of 1 year experience in E-Commerce platforms and web analytics;
- Experience in personnel management will be advantageous;
- Minimum of 1 year experience with ERP/CRM system integration and payment gateway experience;
- Valid driver's license and own transport;
- Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English (verbal and written communication);
- Minimum of 1 year experience in driving online sales;
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field will be advantageous;
- Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills; and
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to balance multiple priorities.
