Furniture Sales Manager (Pretoria, JHB , Cape Town, PE,)

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Furniture Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales teams across key locations in South Africa. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the furniture and décor industry, results-oriented, and able to inspire and motivate teams to achieve sales excellence. This role requires a strong leader who can ensure customer satisfaction, manage effective sales processes, and drive the business forward.

Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12 (Matric).
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior sales management role within the retail sector (furniture/décor industry preferred).
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to network and build strong relationships.
Self-motivated with high energy and the ability to work independently.
Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
Demonstrated ability to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Must be fluent in English.
Willingness and availability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Passionate about furniture, home décor, and lifestyle trends.
