Duties & Responsibilities

Job Description/Duties:

· Assisting buyers and sellers in marketing and purchasing properties at the best price and terms.

· Conducting market research to determine property values.

· Preparing necessary paperwork, including contracts, leases, and closing statements.

· Coordinating property viewings, open houses, and auctions.

· Networking with mortgage lenders, attorneys, and contractors.

· Advising clients on market conditions, pricing, and legal requirements

Desired Experience & Qualification

Minimum Requirements:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of real estate markets and trends
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients
• Experience in sales or real estate
• Driver’s License and own transport

Package & Remuneration

Working on Commission (50/50)
