Group Continuous Improvement Lead

The Continuous Improvement Lead is a specialist role responsible for independently driving operational excellence through structured continuous improvement initiatives, compliance audits, and capability support across operational sites. The role applies professional judgment, established frameworks, and technical expertise to improve efficiency, quality, animal welfare, and bio security outcomes.

• Degree or diploma in Operations, Quality, Engineering, or related field.

• 5+ years experience in continuous improvement, quality, or auditing roles.
• Strong analytical, audit, and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Continuous Improvement & Operational Support
• Support and manage continuous improvement projects at operational level at different sites.
• This position will require a lot of travel to various sites.
• Apply structured improvement methodologies to enhance efficiency, standardization, and innovation.
• Identify improvement opportunities and support implementation of sustainable solutions.
• Audit, Compliance & Governance
• Conduct independent 20 Keys audits across all operational sites in line with the approved audit plan.
• Expand audit coverage beyond pilot locations.
• Perform audits focused on quality, animal welfare, and bio security as per the audit framework.
• Identify non-conformances and support corrective action planning and follow-up.
• Capability Building & Training Support
• Support internal training initiatives to enhance compliance and CI capability.
• Coach operational teams on continuous improvement principles and audit readiness.
• Documentation & Administrative Control
• Provide administrative support related to document control and quality records.
• Compile, maintain, and summarize 20 Keys audit documentation.
• Ensure governance and version control of CI and audit records.
• Measurement & Reporting
• Track CI initiatives and audit outcomes.
• Prepare structured reports highlighting trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
