The Paid Media Specialist (Performance) will take the helm in developing and executing high-impact digital marketing campaigns. This role is pivotal in translating broad digital strategies into actionable insights and real results. You will work closely with creative, media, and strategy teams to drive brand success through meticulous planning, execution, and optimization of advertising campaigns. Managing client relationships and ensuring their goals are exceeded through innovative and performance-driven tactics will be a cornerstone of your responsibilities.

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, Linked In, and Programmatic
• Manage client relationships and ensure clear communication and strategic alignment
• Analyze campaign performance, refine strategies, and drive better results with insights
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-impact advertising
• Stay informed on industry trends to introduce innovative tactics for client success
• Drive growth and revenue by meeting and exceeding KPIs
• Engage in strategic direction setting for campaigns

• 3+ years experience in digital marketing or advertising (agency or brand side)
• Strong understanding of campaign management, targeting, and optimization
• Proficiency in Afrikaans and English (preferred)
• Results-driven with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects
• Proficient in developing and executing digital marketing strategies
