In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients seeking rental properties, guiding them through the process from inquiry to lease signing. If you have strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a talent for matching people with the right property, we want to hear from you!

• Assist in client services.
• Rentals of property.
• Drafting and implementation of marketing strategy, and measurement of effectivity of strategy.
• Analysis of marketing statistics in order to adjust and improve strategy.
• Participate in the design of marketing and the draft of advertisements and other marketing materials.
• Market research.
• Must be able to sell.
• Excellent people skills and good interpersonal relations.
• Administrative ability to create, implement and follow workflow systems.
• Excellent understanding of the principles of sales and marketing and the ability to apply it.
• Ability to establish a trusting client relationship, communicate clearly with clients and identify needs of clients.
• Above average ability in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point and Outlook.
• Must be willing to work over weekends and public holidays.
• Must be willing to travel.
• Must have own laptop and own cellphone.
• Matric.
• PPRA Fidelity Fund Certificate would be advantageous.
• Minimum 2 years experience in Real Estate, Sales or Property.
