A manufacturing company is seeking a qualified individual to lead all industrial operations, including Production, Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, and Operations. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in industrial or mechanical engineering and have at least 10 years of experience in manufacturing. Responsibilities include achieving KPIs, ensuring client satisfaction in part delivery, and continuously seeking improvements in safety and productivity.

Knowledge in manufacturing analysis methodologies like Kaizen and FMEA is essential.
