Essential Qualifications & Experience Education- Postgraduate qualification in Business, Management, or a related field.
- An MBA or equivalent executive qualification will be an advantage.
- Minimum of 15 years’ senior management experience.
- At least 5 years at executive leadership level within large, complex organisations (1,000+ employees and annual revenue exceeding R600 million).
- Demonstrated success in strategic leadership, organisational change, financial management, risk management, and governance.
- In-depth knowledge of PFMA
, King Code, and public-sector or regulated environments.
