Position: Attorney (Trust and Wills )
SA - Gauteng, Pretoria East Well established Law Firm with a Fiduciary, Trust and Deceased Estate Division is looking for an Attorney or Financial Advisor to join their team.
Salary negotiable based on experience and knowledge
Minimum requirements:
  • LLB or Relevant qualification
  • Or candidate can have experience working in Finance or Financial Planning with experience dealing with Drafting Trust, other Trust duties and drafting of Wills
  • 3 Years' plus experience dealing with Trusts and Wills
  • Must be able to work totally independently and excellent knowledge and experience dealing with all aspects of Trusts
  • Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills in English and Afrikaans
