Position: JUNIOR ASSOCIATE – COMMERCIAL DISPUTES AND INSOLVENCY
SA - Gauteng, Pretoria East (Market related, Negotiable)
Junior Associate - Commercial Disputes and Insolvency
Pretoria East
Salary Market Related based on experience
Minimum requirements:
  • Admitted Attorney
  • 0-1 Year Post admissions experience
  • Must have gained experience in Insolvencies during articles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Attention to detail and strong drafting skills
  • Action relevant litigation and/or commercial instructions in the commercial disputes and insolvency
  • Achieve their own revenue
  • Manage client relationships with guidance from their direct
  • Assist with providing legal (on-the-job) training/or guidance for other junior colleagues (i.e. Candidate Attorneys)
  • Invest in your own personal development which include keeping up to date with the latest legislations and other regulatory material
