Are you an experienced IT professional with strong expertise in SWIFT infrastructure, payments systems, and secure financial messaging? We are hiring a SWIFT Specialist to support and maintain mission‑critical payment platforms, ensuring stability, performance, and compliance across multiple financial environments.

Annual salary:  SAR (gross)

• Design, implement, test, and maintain solutions supporting payment systems and SWIFT business processes.
• Manage and support the SWIFT Alliance Suite, SWIFTNet Network, Web Access, HSMs, VPNs, IBM MQ, server OS environments, and Cisco networks.
• Provide technical assistance to internal teams and end‑users.
• Prepare system specifications, documentation, testing plans, and job controls.
• Conduct SWIFT health checks, BCP/DR testing, and internal/external audit activities.
• Support business teams with external financial information feeds (e.g., LSEG, Bloomberg, IRESS).
• Identify improvements to workflows, procedures, and system standards.
• Ensure full compliance with policies, IT governance, and risk and security requirements.
• Engage with stakeholders, understand business needs, and provide ongoing support.

• Bachelor's degree or Advanced Diploma (NQF7) in Information & Communication Technology.
• 58 years of experience in SWIFT operations, infrastructure, or similar environments.
• Strong understanding of network design, security, system integration, and application support.
• Experience with BCP, DR, IT governance, and performance management.
• Excellent analytical thinking, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to resolve complex technical issues.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
