CM Coordinator

The coordinator is responsible for the planning, scheduling,reporting, control and active management of field teams tasked to technicalservices, repairs, installation, maintenance and operation oftelecommunications systems. Designs, implements and maintains client’s networkto support voice and data communications.

• Effectivelymanaged FME’s and their availability in the network across a 24/7 network and resource availability model.
• Planned work,schedule, action and track issued work orders.
• Monitoring ofteams working hours.
• Provide ongoing and precise reporting to client, customer and all internal departments that you liaise with.
• Oversee allocatedoperations to ensure client-satisfaction, project continuity, and internalconsistency.
• Pass on critical and operational information to system users, field tech’s and provide ongoing technical and operational support to teams working in the network.
• Coordinate and facilitate internal technical training and upskilling on an ongoing basis.
• Develop project schedules, plans, and processes, and ensure they live up to company and project standards.
• Adhere to and maintain commercial budget and expenditure planning and allowable.

• Matric.
• Technicaltertiary Qualifications is an advantage.
• Clear criminal record.

• Familiarity with the applications and interfaces associated with Vodacom and Huaweiequipment.
• Ability towork in a high-paced and dynamic environment with many personalities, cultures and agendas.
• Effectivetime management is a critical requirement.
• Ability to prioritize and manage several on-going deliverables and targets.
• Skilledcommunicator, including face-to-face, written, and verbal.
• Ability towork with tight deadlines.
• Ability toanalyze and interpret data to inform decision making.
• This position is not a Monday to Friday, 8 to 5 positions! Weekend and after hours work willbe a necessity.
• Position requires a candidate that is committed and dedicated to overall successful project delivery within a complex working environment.

• Minimum 2years’ experience in Telecoms Field Management and within Corrective Maintenance preferred. Previous Field experience within the telecom’s maintenance environment would be very beneficial.
• Knowledge ofspecialized testing equipment (Site Master, 3ZAlligner, Pim Test, Power metersetc.)
• Confidentlycomputer literate and able to communicate proficiently and professionally in English in written and verbal form.
• Overallprofessional standard of conduct and presentation.
• Knowledge and experience with relevant Telecoms Sector mobile smart phone-based software and communication systems.
• RF/RAN aswell as MW/transmission knowledge and experience.
• Telecomssector Huawei and/or Ericsson equipment knowledge and experience.
• Faultfinding, troubleshooting and experience in relevant fault analyses and repairwithin Wireless Telecoms site infrastructure, fiber, electrical and power supply units.
