Business​/System Analyst

We are seeking a Business / System Analyst with 3–4 years of experience to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will gather and document requirements, analyze business processes, and work closely with development teams to deliver high-quality technology solutions.

• Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and product teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
• Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and process mapping.
• Support testing and validation of system enhancements and new solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Assist in the preparation of user manuals, reports, and training documentation.

• 3–4 years of experience in business or system analysis within IT projects.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with requirements gathering, functional specification, and process documentation.
• Knowledge of systems integration, APIs, and database concepts (SQL).
• Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Office, Visio, or similar.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

• Experience with CRM, ERP, or other enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles and data visualization.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and Dev Ops processes.
• Familiarity with testing methodologies and tools.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven track record of delivering actionable business requirements and supporting technology implementations.
