Weare seeking a technically strong engineer with expertise in complex enterprisenetworks, firewall management, and systems integration. This role blendsoperations, development, and solution design, requiring independenttroubleshooting, integration development, and coordination with external providers. The successful candidate must have strong analytical skills andproven experience in highly complex technical environments. Adaptability to evolving technical and operational demands is essential.

• Operate, maintain, and enhance thefirewall management platform (commercial and custom-built components).
• Develop platform components,integrations, and automation workflows (Python, APIs, database queries).
• Troubleshoot complex issues acrossnetworks, systems, and applications.
• Coordinate, delegate, and guideexternal service providers for operational and development work.
• Ensure platform stability throughpatching, monitoring, performance tuning, and risk identification.
• Prepare environments for go-live and provide post-deployment support.
• Maintain accurate documentation(technical specs, procedures, training material).
• Participate in incident, change, and problem management processes.
• Engage with stakeholders as the technical owner of the platform, including international teams.
• Participate in standby, shift, andafter-hours operations as required.
• Travel internationally forup to two weeks when necessary.

• Strong understanding of enterprisenetworking, routing, and firewall security architectures.
• Advanced troubleshooting across systems, networks, and applications.
• Solid programming skills(Python preferred) and experience with API, database, and network integrations
• Experience delivering and maintainingcomplex software solutions, including automation.
• Hands-on experience with operational processes: patching, monitoring, log analysis, performance optimization.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, scripting,and automation frameworks.
• Familiarity with enterprisegovernance processes (incident, change, problem management).

• Experience with firewall rulemanagement platforms (Tufin preferred).
• Experience with containers(Docker/Kubernetes).
• Experience coordinating work packageswith external service providers.
• Ability to analyze complex environments and propose improvements.
• Strong communication for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Agile methodologies andrelease management experience.

• Relevant technical degree (BSc/MScComputer Science, Information Systems, BEng in Computer/Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
• IT diploma candidates with exceptional hands-on experience may be considered.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience incomplex technical environments.
• Demonstrated practical competencethrough prior projects, portfolio, or real-world problem-solving.
