We are looking for a creative and results-driven Junior Digital Marketer and Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have strong design capabilities combined with digital marketing knowledge to support brand growth across multiple platforms.

The role involves creating visual content, executing digital marketing strategies, managing campaigns, and maintaining brand consistency across digital and print media. The candidate should be able to work under tight deadlines, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively with internal teams. This position will report to the Executive Head of the various companies.

This is a 100 percent on site position based in Pretoria East.

Minimum Requirements :
Qualifications:
  • Diploma or Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Visual Communication or related field.
Digital Marketing Certifications (advantageous):
  • Digital Marketing
  • Social Media Marketing
  • Google Ads or Meta Ads
  • SEO or Analytics
Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Experience with Canva.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
  • Understanding of SEO and website performance optimisation.
  • Knowledge of print production processes.
  • Understanding of social media platform specifications and best practices.
  • Basic video editing knowledge (Premiere Pro, Cap Cut or similar advantageous).
  • Strong typography, layout and colour theory skills.
  • Word Press / website development (basic knowledge advantageous)
  • Moodle experience (basic knowledge advantageous)
Experience Required:
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing, graphic design or a similar creative marketing role.
  • Proven track record of managing and optimising digital campaigns.
  • Experience producing both digital and print design work.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and marketing capabilities.
  • Strong administrative and support skills and experience required.
Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing:
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across platforms.
  • Manage and optimise paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads and similar platforms).
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide analytics and reporting.
  • Optimise website performance and contribute to SEO initiatives.
  • Create and schedule content for social media and digital marketing campaigns.
Design and Creative:
  • CI development.
  • Rebranding implementation.
  • Word Press / website development (basic knowledge advantageous).
  • Moodle experience (basic knowledge advantageous).
  • Develop creative concepts aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Design marketing materials, including:
    • Social media graphics
    • Email campaigns and digital ads
    • Brochures, flyers and banners
    • Presentations and promotional materials
  • Create print-ready artwork for signage, corporate wear, packaging and promotional items.
  • Produce visual content and motion graphics for marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print platforms.
Collaboration and Project Management:
  • Collaborate with the various companies.
  • Assist companies with support and launching products.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales and content teams to execute campaigns.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Stay updated on design trends, digital marketing tools and emerging technologies.
