Team Lead – Project Management & Business Analysis

We are seeking a Team Lead with strong Project Management and Business Analysis experience to lead cross-functional teams, manage delivery of complex projects, and ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions. The role involves guiding teams, mentoring analysts, and driving process improvements to deliver high-quality outcomes.

• Lead and manage a team of business analysts, developers, and project staff.
• Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and budgets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for development teams.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Mentor and coach team members to develop skills and improve performance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within project delivery and business analysis processes.

• 5+ years of experience in project management, business analysis, and team leadership.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver complex projects successfully.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and project management frameworks.
• Proficiency in project management and BA tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, and Visio.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis.

• Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile methodologies.
• Experience in technology projects involving CRM, ERP, or multi-channel digital solutions.
• Exposure to Dev Ops practices, CI/CD pipelines, and software development technologies.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making capabilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully leading teams and delivering business-critical projects.
