Senior Sitecore CMS Developer

We work with clients across industries to design, develop, and maintain bespoke digital experiences using Sitecore CMS and related technologies.

We are seeking a Senior Sitecore CMS Developer with 4–5 years of experience to build, configure, and enhance Sitecore-based digital solutions. The role involves working closely with business analysts, front-end developers, and architects to deliver scalable, performant, and engaging web applications.

• Design, develop, and maintain Sitecore CMS solutions for enterprise-grade websites and applications.
• Implement custom Sitecore components, templates, workflows, and rendering solutions.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate Sitecore with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular
  
  JS, and Bootstrap.
• Develop and maintain APIs, services, and integrations with CRM, SharePoint, and other enterprise systems.
• Optimize Sitecore applications for performance, scalability, and security.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• 4–5 years of professional experience in Sitecore CMS development.
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, and MVC frameworks.
• Experience with Sitecore Experience Platform (XP), Sitecore Experience Commerce (XC), or Sitecore Experience Manager (XM).
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, SASS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, Angular
  
  JS, and responsive design.
• Familiarity with Azure Dev Ops, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git).
• Experience integrating Sitecore with CRM, SharePoint, APIs, and SQL databases.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Knowledge of Sitecore personalization, xConnect, and marketing automation.
• Experience with Cordova or hybrid mobile frameworks for multi-channel solutions.
• Understanding of security best practices and performance optimization.
• Exposure to Agile and Dev Ops practices in enterprise environments.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven track record of delivering scalable, production-grade Sitecore solutions.
