Hire Resolve’s client, a fast-growing and purpose-driven renewable energy client, is hiring in Pretoria! Are you a data-obsessed, performance-driven digital marketer with an eye for detail, a love for clean analytics, and the hunger to scale? Then this one’s for you. Our client, a leading player in the renewable energy space, is on the lookout for a Performance Marketing & Data Specialist to own and drive paid media strategy, SEO, analytics, and performance optimization.
Responsibilities- Lead and optimise high-impact paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Linked In, and Tik Tok.
- Continuously track, analyse, and optimise performance across key metrics (CPA, CPC, ROAS, conversion rates).
- Use A/B testing and performance data to scale and refine successful campaigns.
- Own the SEO strategy — from technical audits and keyword research to content optimisation and off‑page initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal creatives and cross‑functional teams to deliver impactful, data‑driven campaigns.
- Leverage tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Hotjar to transform data into clear, actionable insights.
- Present detailed reports and strategy updates to senior leadership with confidence and clarity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, or related field (Advanced certifications a bonus – Google Ads, Meta, SEO, etc.).
- Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in a similar performance marketing/SEO role within a fast‑paced, competitive digital environment.
- Demonstrated success managing high‑budget campaigns with measurable traffic, conversion, and ROI growth.
- Advanced knowledge of digital platforms and tools:
Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Hotjar, etc. - Strong project coordination skills and the ability to juggle cross‑functional inputs.
- Deep understanding of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation) and user experience best practices.
