Red Ember Recruitment is currently recruiting for a highly skilled SAP PM Consultant (Project Lead) on behalf of our prestigious manufacturing client.

This is a strategic implementation role, not a support function. The successful candidate will lead the end-to-end deployment of the SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) module within a complex, high-performance production environment.

• Lead full lifecycle SAP PM implementation (Blueprint to Go‑Live and Hypercare)
• Facilitate fit‑gap workshops with engineering, maintenance and production stakeholders
• Configure SAP PM including:
  • Technical Objects (Equipment & Functional Locations)
  • Maintenance Plans & Task Lists
  • Notifications and Work Orders
  • Preventive and Predictive Maintenance
• Drive integration with SAP MM, FI/CO and PP
• Oversee data migration and master data governance
• Lead UAT, cut‑over planning and go‑live execution
• Provide executive‑level progress reporting and risk management
• Ensure alignment with manufacturing best practice and asset lifecycle strategy

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Engineering or related discipline
• 8+ years SAP experience with at least 5 years focused on SAP PM
• Proven track record leading full‑cycle SAP PM implementations
• Experience with in manufacturing environments
• Strong integration knowledge across SAP modules
• S/4
  
  HANA experience advantageous
• Strong stakeholder engagement capability (shop floor to executive)
• Ability to drive workshops and influence decision‑making
• Structured, delivery‑focused mindset
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
• Ability to operate in complex enterprise environments
