IT Project Manager

• Project Manager (PMP, PRINCE2, Project+, Agile certification or similar)
• 5 years of IT Project experience in leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, under budget, and with a 10% increase in customer satisfaction
• Proven record of achieving exemplary results, including successfully delivering projects valued at over 1 million and with a 10% increase in customer satisfaction

Responsibilities:

• Technical project planning, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder management
• Weekly meetings with clients
• Project Planning and Initiation:
  Define Scope, Develop Project Plan, Risk Assessment
• Resource Management:
  Team Coordination, Resource Allocation
• Timeline Management:
  Schedule Creation, Progress Tracking
• Stakeholder Communication:
  Status Updates, Feedback Management
• Quality Assurance:
  Standards Compliance, Testing and Validation
