How you'll role

As a Web Developer, you'll be at the forefront of building high-performance, marketing-driven Word Press websites. Your role involves not only crafting and scaling websites but also improving them to boost digital presence. You'll work with powerful tools like Elementor and Divi, ensuring that the websites not only look great but perform excellently across various platforms. Quick deployment and seamless integration with marketing stacks and CRMs are key aspects of your role.

• Build fast, conversion-focused Word Press websites for marketing, lead generation, and e-commerce purposes
• Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, mobile-ready builds using Elementor or Divi
• Implement and configure essential plugins including those for SEO, forms, caching, and other enhancements
• Seamlessly integrate websites with CRMs and marketing technology stacks like Salesforce, Pipedrive, and custom solutions
• Develop and manage chatbot integrations and AI-assisted chat experiences
• Manage technical SEO and web performance tracking, focusing on core vitals and page speed improvements
• Oversee analytics and conversion tracking integration using GA4, GTM, and related tools
• Lead quality assurance and site launch processes, including cross-device testing and DNS setup

• 3+ years of experience in developing consumer brand websites or digital marketing agencies
• Proficient with Word Press, with strong skills in Elementor and/or Divi
• Experience with CRM and marketing integrations
• Comprehensive understanding of SEO and performance optimization
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic Java Script
• Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console
• Experience with user behavior analysis tools such as Hotjar and Clarity
• Proven ability to manage website optimization and deployment processes
