Job Description

Red Ember Recruitment is recruiting for a Payroll Administrator for our client in Pretoria. The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for processing employees' payroll on a regular schedule, ensuring timesheets, leave and deductions are accurate. Handles data entry, maintains payroll records and supports employees' payroll queries.

Requirements
  • Entering and verifying timekeeping information.
  • Preparing and processing payroll using SAGE 300
  • Updating and processing payroll.
  • Updating payroll systems with new employee information.
  • Handling payroll-related documentation and filing.

Requirements
Sage 300 Payroll Grade 12
