HR Generalist

Job Overview

The HR Generalist is responsible for the day-to-day management of the HR operations and providing strategic support for the HR function in the areas of recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance and administration to align with organizational objectives. Duties include but is not limited to fostering a professional, productive and positive work environment.

• Grade 12
• Bachelors degree in HR Management or equivalent
• Minimum 7 years' experience in HR management

• Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to communicate and negotiate effectively
• Strong analytical and research ability
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• Exceptional analytical and research ability
• Time management proficiency

• Highly focused and deadline driven

• Excellent people management and relationship management skills
• Team player with the ability to build positive relationships across all levels of the organization
• Independent problem-solving ability
• Ability to multitask and operate under pressure to meet tight deadlines and achieve goals

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
