HR Business Partner Senior HR Generalist; Afrikaans First Language

A leading diversified group operating across agriculture logistics property and industrial sectors is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner / HR Generalist to partner at EXCO and divisional leadership level across the group.

This is a strategic high-impact role suited to an experienced HR professional with a strong generalist foundation and proven expertise in succession planning employee engagement and people development
.

• Afrikaans as first language is a non-negotiable requirement.

Qualifications:

Degree in HR Industrial Psychology or related field

Key Requirements:

• 5 years senior HR Generalist / HRBP experience
• Proven succession planning framework implementation
• Experience working directly with EXCO and senior leaders
• Industry experience in agriculture logistics industrial or related sectors
• Fully bilingual with Afrikaans as first language
• Strong independence and decision-making ability
