What will you do:As a specialist recruitment consultant with Network your recruitment, your role will require you to mainly focus on mastery the following key areas:
- Primary function is to connect top talent with suitable job opportunities by working with companies to identify and fill open positions in your specialist focus area.
- You will essentially streamline the hiring process for businesses by acting as a middleman between employers and top talent.
- You will need to understand your clients’ needs by learning their company’s specific requirements, industry and culture to source the best fit for the open position.
- Identify and engage with top talent both active and passive by using a multitude of channels not limited to our database, online job boards, AI assisting sourcing and your own personal network.
- Conduct initial screenings with candidates to assess their qualifications and suitability for the role followed by a detailed interview and career discussion with the candidate.
- Present the most qualified candidates to targeted clients, highlighting their strengths and suitability for the position.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to foster a positive experience and ensure a good match between the organization and the employee.
- Offer expertise on industry trends and market intelligence to help clients make informed hiring decisions.
Having a bachelor's degree, particularly in human resources, business, or a related field, can be advantageous. Strong communication, interpersonal, and sales skills are also crucial.
What Skills are needed:Communication: effectively communicate with both candidates and clients, conveying information clearly and persuasively.
Interpersonal:
Building rapport with candidates and clients is essential.
Sales: you will work on above target earnings; strong sales skills can be valuable in securing new clients and placements to ensure that your financial aspirations are met.
