Rewards AdministratorAre you detail‑oriented and passionate about creating a seamless employee experience? Join our team as a Rewards Administrator and play a key role in managing reward programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent!
What you’ll do:- Maintain accurate salary data and HR systems
- Support salary reviews, bonus cycles & benchmarking
- Prepare reward reports and analytics
- Ensure compliance with policies and governance
- Partner with payroll and finance for smooth processes
- Diploma or Bachelor’s in HR (or 3–5 years’ experience without formal qualification)
- 1–2+ years in HR admin (rewards experience is a plus)
- Knowledge of remuneration principles & benchmarking tools
- Strong HRIS and MS Excel skills

- Excellent communication & customer service
- Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
- Confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive data
