Hotel Receptionist

Our luxury hotel is looking for a dedicated and friendly Receptionist to join our welcoming team. If you enjoy working with people, providing excellent service, and being the first point of contact for guests, then this position is right for you.

• Welcoming guests with kindness and professionalism upon their arrival at the hotel
• Check-in and check-out of guests according to hotel procedures
• Solving guest requests and complaints in an efficient and timely manner
• Providing necessary information about the hotel's facilities as well as local attractions
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure a pleasant guest experience

• Previous hospitality experience is an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic and demanding environment
• Good knowledge of foreign languages (English is mandatory, other languages are an advantage)
• Attention to detail and customer satisfaction orientation
