The core purpose of the role is to ensure that all applications for pre-authorisation justify clinical intervention and are finalized fairly, effectively and in full and to deliver exceptional client services.

• Deliver exceptional client services.

• Grade 12, with a completed degree/diploma as a Registered nurse or a certificate as an Enrolled Nurse.
• Two years of relevant experience.
• Must be registered with the SANC.

• Good verbal and written communication skills with a good understanding of spoken and written Afrikaans communication.
• Computer literate.
• Customer focus.
• Good negotiation and decision-making skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the Medical Scheme Act.
• Willing to be multi-skilled in other sections within managed care.
