• A relevant tertiary qualification in Hospitality Management, Food Technology, or a BSc in Food Science
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a management role, preferably in a hospital or therapeutic environment
• Proven expertise in financial reporting, stock control and staff management
• In-depth knowledge of health, hygiene and safety regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Sound knowledge of clinical nutrition, including special diets and menu planning
• Proven ability to lead and manage multidisciplinary teams across food services, housekeeping and coffee shop operations
• Valid driver’s license and access to own transport is essential
