Acquisition Manager; SCM

Applicants must have the following requirements:

• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree or a Bachelor of Technology Degree or a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Law, Economics, or Accounting.
• Must have at least 5 years of experience in an SCM environment with 3 years at a supervisory level.
• Must have knowledge of public sector supply chain management regulatory framework, such as the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa, PFMA, PPPFA, related regulations and policy directives.
• Must have knowledge of the Bid Committee system.
• Must have knowledge of National Treasury (prescribed) reporting requirements.
• Must have knowledge of the public sector strategic planning process.
• Must have knowledge of contract management.
• Must have knowledge of stakeholder management.
• Must have Project Management and Negotiation skills.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
